04 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
Deposit
The minimum deposit amount on pk998 is ৳100. We accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
- You must only use a payment method registered in your own name.
- Depositing funds from a third-party account is not permitted.
- pk998 reserves the right to decline any deposit, particularly where money laundering is suspected.
Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Under normal circumstances, the withdrawal process takes 10 to 45 minutes to complete.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
- To withdraw bonus funds, the wagering requirements must be met (see Section 05 for details).
- Withdrawals above a certain limit may require additional verification.
05 Bonus and Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, you must opt in to the bonus service.
Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x). This means you must wager an amount equal to 20 times the total bonus before withdrawing the bonus funds.
- If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Some games may not be eligible to count towards wagering.
- Any attempt to earn bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account may be closed.
- Bonus terms and conditions may change from time to time.
VIP Program
pk998 offers four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier. pk998 reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
06 Betting Rules
Placing and Cancelling Bets
Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is voided due to a technical issue, the staked amount will be refunded.
Maximum Win Limit
pk998 may set a maximum win limit for certain games or betting markets within a given period. This limit will be displayed in the management notice or within the game.
Event Cancellation
If a sports event or game is cancelled or suspended, pk998 will settle bets at its own discretion. The general policy is to cancel the bet and return the original stake.
Technical Errors
If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, pk998 reserves the right to cancel those bets. Any attempt to profit by exploiting a software or hardware fault will be treated as a serious violation.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk998 platform:
- Any activity related to money laundering or illegal financing.
- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Colluding with other members to gain an unfair advantage ("collusion").
- Deliberately exploiting any fault or vulnerability in the platform.
- Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of someone else.
- Communicating with other members or staff using threats, harassment, or abusive language.
- Opening an account using a fake identity or forged documents.
If any such activity is detected, pk998 reserves the right to close the account, seize funds, and take legal action.
08 Account Suspension and Closure

pk998 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of these Terms.
- Failure to complete identity verification.
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity.

Closure by Member

09 Intellectual Property
